Join Meg during the final few months of the Zombie War, as she shares her, at times, gruesome, sad and darkly humorous story.

Review: It’s been a long time since I’ve read a zombie book and I’ve had this novel for quite some time. So I started this story with pleasure and curiosity.

Meg has lost everything because of the zombies and when her husband gets bitten, she decides she won’t let it happen and she decides she’ll try to train him. However, it will not be easy, especially when she is forced to place him under surveillance.

It’s not a very complicated story, but it’s entertaining and I had a good time overall. It was nice to see Meg trying to keep a connection with her husband who is no longer a real person and to see her open up to someone else like Colonel MacDonald who also lost everything during that war.

A novel that is quick and light to read.
