Synopsis: Immortal tales of the past and present from the world of Vampire Knight.
Vampire Knight returns with collection of stories that delve into Yuki and Zero’s time as a couple in the past and explore the relationship between Yuki’s children and Kaname in the present.
After a fierce battle between humans and vampires, a temporary peace was established, but Kaname continued to sleep within a coffin of ice…
Yuki gave Kaname her heart to revive him as a human being.
These are the stories of what happened during those 1,000 years of Kaname’s slumber, and the start of his human life.

Review: When I was younger, I had a big manga / animation period and Vampire Knight was one of the series that I followed with attention. Then the series ended and I never went back into the universe. However, the release of Vampire Knight Memories excited me again and I wanted to find this universe that I had enjoyed it a few years ago.

We find here different stories that are not necessarily linked or in chronological order but they allow us to learn a little more about the characters. It was really nice to find all tof them again, to have a little glimpse of their stories and I hope we will have others like that afterwards.

In any case, I had a good time, reminding me how much I enjoyed this series.

Résumé : Quelques années après la fin de la série Vampire Knight, Matsuri Hino revient sur ses personnages cultes et dévoile des épisodes inédits de la série : les enfants de Yûki, sa relation avec Zero , lhistoire damour innatendue de Yoriko, le passé et lavenir de Kaname… Un nouveau volet gothique et romantique qui offre un bel épilogue aux fans.

Avis : Quand j’étais plus jeune, j’ai eu une grosse période mangas/animés et Vampire Knight était une des séries que je suivais avec attention. Puis la série s’est terminée et je ne suis jamais retournée dans l’univers. Pourtant, la sortie de Vampire Knight Memories m’a enthousiasmée à nouveau et j’avais envie de retrouver cet univers qui m’avait tant plu il a quelques années.

Nous retrouvons ici différentes histoires qui ne sont pas forcément liées ni dans l’ordre chronologique mais qui nous permettent d’en apprendre un petit peu plus sur les personnages. C’était vraiment très agréable de retrouver tous les personnages, d’avoir un petit aperçu de leurs histoires et j’espère que nous en aurons d’autres comme ça par la suite.

Dans tous les cas, j’ai passé un bon moment qui m’a rappelé à quel point j’avais apprécié cette série.
