The Dating Experiment by Emma Hart

The Experiment, Book 2

Synopsis: 1.Get over my best friend’s brother.
2.Remember that I’m over him.
3.Prove I can date other people.
It should be easy.
It’s not.

Setting up a dating website with the guy I’ve been in love with since I was five wasn’t my smartest idea.
Especially since he’s my best friend’s brother—thankfully, she’s okay with the fact I’m pulling a Sandy and I’m hopelessly devoted to him.
Which is why it’s time to get over him.
So I do something crazy and ask Dominic Austin to find me a date. He does—if I find him one, too.
Since we own Stupid Cupid, it should be easy, right? And it is.
My date is perfect. His date is perfect. Everything is perfect.
Until he kisses me…

Three dates.
One kiss.
And a big-ass mess…

Review: I loved the first volume and I was very curious to get into this sequel and discover Dom and Chloe’s story.

Chloe has been in love with Dom for so long that she realizes there is nothing left to hope for. What she does not know though is that her feelings are shared. So, to try to override him and finally put all that aside, she decides on a whim to ask him to find her a date. He accepts if she does the same. And that’s where the problems begin!

I really had a good time with this new novel. Dom is really unbearable and it must be said that he easily plays her to make her crazy. I loved to see them exchanging, arguing while failing to say what they feel. I was also delighted to see Peyton and Elliott again and see how they had evolved!

It was once again a fresh and humorous novel!

  1. This sounds so fun! I cannot imagine trying to find a date for the person I’m secretly in love with. Do you make it awful or try to find someone they’ll like? What if they like them too much?? Adding this series to my TBR!
