Follow Friday is a blog hop Hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read

Q: Keeping with the Spirit of Giving this season, what book do you think EVERYONE should read and if you could, you would buy it for all of your family and friends?

If I really think about it, I want to pick the first Aldut books I really loved. It would be One for the Money by Janet evanovich. This series is so fun! Otherwise I would also say the Harry Potter’s series, it’s the first wonderful series I started.

Melliane

There are many books that I love and think everyone should read but if I had to choose for only this year I think it would be Divergent by Veronica Roth! I’m a great fan of dystopian books and I really loved this one 😉

Another vote for Harry! I’ve heard that Janet’s books are great. I’m hoping to get around to reading them sometime.

I haven’t read any of these actually. I know its crazy! Madness! I intend to read all of them, but Evanovich, I know, more madness, but I usually stay away from those kinds of books.

I promised a couple of fellow book bloggers I wouldn’t “machine gun” my Follow Friday posts on the blogs I visit but this week’s Follow Friday has inspired me to make an important exception.

The book I think everyone should read is a work of non-fiction called The Four Hour Workweek. The thing is, the book is very well written and entertaining so it reads like a work of fiction. What the book can do to enhance your life and change the way you live day by day seems unbelievable on its face which might mark it a legitimate work of fiction for the skeptics out there.

If you read this work of non-fiction and really follow the advice it gives and apply the insights you’ll gain, your life will read like a modern tale fairytale.

I encourage, implore and even insist you follow me back to my book blog so you can find out why I think EVERYONE should read The Four Hour Workweek – http://www.howardsherman.net

    TGIFF!

I was *just* (as in 10 minutes ago) looking at One For the Money thinking about picking it up for myself! And I’m currently reading Divergent. That’s too funny.

LOL can you believe I still haven’t read the Harry Potter series yet?? I know, Mel — it’s shameful!! x) So many people and bloggers and random people on the street keep telling me to read them, but for some reason, I’ve been putting it off. I’m definitely planning too soon, though!

And oh my gosh, I LOVE Divergent too, Inessa!! That book was one of the coolest books of the year and I can’t wait to read Insurgent! Have you seen the cover yet? It’s GORGEOUS! 🙂

    Awesome picks, you guys!

I loved Divergent as well! I have not read the Janet Evanovich books, they don’t sound like something I’d enjoy, even though I know so many people who love them. Maybe if I see the movie that is coming out I’ll try reading them.

  13. Melissa (Books and Things)

Oh all good choices! I do have Divergent on my tbr and I can’t wait to get to it!
