I love this series but I confess that the French covers are terrible! So “Un crocodile sur un banc de sable” or “Crocodile on the Sandbank” (an Amelia Peabody novel) by Elizabeth Peters

I couldn’t help but giggle at that one! It looks like one of those older book covers but there’s just something off about the artwork O_O I-is that a hat on the ground? looks rather erm..block-ish >_< This is an epic choice for this week’s theme, Melliane!
